After a lot of study I bought this carry-on Travelpro Walkabout Lite three. I even have used it ouly once, traveling to Spain in 2010; it handled the cobblestone streets of Cordoba fine. The aspect pocket, meant to be a water bottle holder, wasn't useful, because of a producing defect. I ignored this since I did not assume it might be helpful anyway.
I like the 2 outside pockets on the front; the massive one is large enough for my coat & hat, slipped in at the last minute before checking the bag. tiny|the tiny|the little} pocket holds bungie cords that i exploit to connect my small carry-on bag to the rolling bag.
The inside dimensions are 19"" x 14"" x 7"". that is smaller than I had expected. however by expanding the lid i am ready to carry all the clothes i want for a fortnight.
